本片讲述了杜浩兄弟四人一起经商，受到邪恶势力彪爷的恶意竞争，兄弟四人先是被彪爷离间，最后又重归于好。突出了诚信经营和邪不压正这一正能量主题。。该剧是迪士尼频道2010年开播的家庭题材情景喜剧。故事围绕六口之家Duncan一家展开。原本已经有三个孩子的Duncan夫妇又生下第四个孩子，可爱的女孩Charlotte，大家都叫她Charlie。姐姐Teddy拿起DV摄像机，记录下Charlie成长中所经历的以及这个家中所发生的一切有趣、有意义的事情，以便在Charlie长大后让她看到她的成长之路，并给予她一些生活的建议。这是迪士尼频道近年来少有的一部以家庭为中心的情景喜剧。。Sergeant Voight tries to find out who is behind the murder of Jin, and come up with the unbelievable discovery and learned that Sergeant Edwin Stillwell playing a double game with the intention of getting out on the surface of the big fish along with Voight.
