八班由孙大鹏（孙小鹏饰）、余丰（顾宇峰饰）、徐帅（徐海乔饰）等新兵组成，班长由老兵王大磊（王磊饰）担任。由于学历、年龄不同，军训开始后，王大磊即刻与他们发生了激烈冲突，大学生士兵们要求更换班长，而王大磊也觉着实在跟他们搞不来，提出要到别的班去，领导上知道后不置可否。新兵们思想活跃，每天都能整点事出来，天天麻烦矛盾不断。女大学生组成的九班巾帼不让须眉，事事与八班较劲，这更令王大磊头疼。就这样，在三个月的军训中，这帮个性鲜明的大学生上演了一出出令人捧腹的军营喜剧......。本作讲述从小就被诅咒「只要碰触到东西就全都会死亡」的贵族少爷，以及唯一愿意陪伴且不时性骚扰他的女仆爱丽丝，两人虽两情相悦却不能触碰彼此的恋爱故事。。Based on the Kenneth Roberts novel of the same name, this film tells the story of two friends who join Rogers' Rangers, as the legendary elite force engages the enemy during the French and Indian War.
