晴朗的一天，一枚硕大的陨石从天而降，坠落在日本福冈县大野市。陨石带来的恐慌远不止于此，此后不久，一种俗称“冷血病”的神秘绝症悄然蔓延，甚至连高高在上的美国总统也患病身亡。一时间，陨石是冷血病根源的传闻甚嚣尘上，世人无比恐慌。而在空间站上，宇宙红十字联盟特别调查官热血人面犬接受了调查真相的重任。九个月后，某间音像店内，电影学院毕业的少女小津爱憧憬美好的未来，可是死宅店长却各种古怪创意不断，让她疲惫不堪。这一天，店长患上冷血病，对小爱恶言恶口，关键时刻热血人面犬出现，解除了小爱的危机。但是绝症继续蔓延，人类灭亡在即……。Mayans M.C. follows the life of Ezekiel “EZ” Reyes, a member of the Mayans M.C. charter on the Cali/Mexi border.
