From a curious and criti...。雯雯（钟丽缇 饰）有一个疼爱自己的老公启诺（方中信 饰），有个不幸童年的雯雯非常享受如今幸福的生活，但一张诡异的光碟改变了她的一切。光盘里奇怪的男人对雯雯说，她即将会失去她的一切，她的身份，她的丈夫。 在她与丈夫3周年纪念日当晚，夫妇俩发生了车祸，当雯雯醒来之后，她身边的人开始不认得她，就连自己最爱的丈夫也一样。每个人都称呼她为Fiona——启诺的女秘书（侯莎莎 饰），明显二人互换了身份。惊恐无助的雯雯弄不懂真假，当她十分失望之际，她遇到了以前男友的妹妹Candy（郭心淇 饰），这是唯一仍认得她是雯雯的人。但不久Candy也死于车祸，雯雯只好靠自己寻找事情的真相。 原来那是一个密谋已久的计划。。
