从小生活在大山深处的大山滨路（寿美菜子 配音），虽然只是一名14岁的少女，却在爷爷的训练下拥有过硬的捕猎技能，一门夸张的铁炮更是威力无比。爷爷去世后，他接到哥哥道节（小西克幸 配音）的来信。为了成为武士，道节早年只身闯荡江户，却一直未能如愿。滨路收拾好行囊，起身前往江户寻找哥哥。与此同时，江户内拥有人与狗血统的怪物“伏”肆虐横行，将军悬赏对其进行捕杀。道节窥到其中成名的希望，于是希望借助妹妹的力量猎杀最后两只“伏”。前所未有的体验，滨路将经历最为刻骨铭心的记忆…… 本片根据樱庭一树的原作《伏 赝作·里见八犬传》改编，系《文艺春秋》创刊90周年纪念作品。。Back in the 80s, five friends cause raucous in their schooldays.
