在一次伏击行动中，重案组勇探高辉（陈锦鸿饰）击伤了一名神秘杀手。杀手引为耻辱，遂要辉猜出自己是谁，并提示她会在这一个月内经常在高辉身边出现。高辉在苦思之下，怀疑杀手是另一名伤者王文玲（李丽蕊饰），可是种种迹象却显示王文玲是受害者而非杀手。最后，一个月之期终届，连王文玲也遭杀害，原来杀手另有其人，这令绝望的高辉陷入了重重杀机……。A young newlywed couple find themselves trapped in a network of underground caves. With her husband injured, the new bride is forced to find her way back to the surface in order to save his life. In the process, they discover a terrifying truth about the "underneath", they are not alone. Something evil is hunting them.。
